Technical Design Specialist/ Solutions Designer Senior

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, development, enhancement, and implementation of complex, large-scale, high-risk technology solutions.

- Provide technical leadership to development teams and collaborate with architects, business analysts, infrastructure, security, and privacy teams.

- Design cloud-based solutions using containerization, orchestration, and microservices.

- Translate business and functional requirements into application and technical designs and create detailed low-level design artifacts.

- Support solution testing, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

- Ensure solutions meet security, privacy, architecture, and enterprise technology standards.

Must Have:

- Strong experience as a Technical Designer, Solution Designer,



Technical Architect, or similar role.

- Experience with cloud, containers, orchestration, and microservices.

- Working knowledge of Healthcare FHIR and healthcare data exchange standards.

- Experience with CI/CD, Agile, and Azure DevOps/VSTS.

- Experience working with security architects and privacy SMEs, preferably in healthcare or regulated environments.

- Solid technical leadership, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

- Experience with Visio, SharePoint, and MS Office.

- Knowledge of GO-ITS standards and enterprise architecture governance is an asset.
