Brickred Systems is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner with deep market insight and exceptional headhunting capabilities to partner strategically with senior business leaders. You will own end-to-end recruitment for senior, specialized, and hard-to-find talent across multiple functions, develop talent maps, and build pipelines ahead of demand.

You will provide insights on compensation, trends, and feasibility to guide hiring decisions and influence strategy in a rapid-paced environment.
