Conduct system, structure, component, and product integration

Manage structure and system requirements, specifications, and flow down

Drive validation and verification activities, including system-level testing

Define product requirements for modules, components, subcontractors, and partner teams

Manage interfaces between components and execution organizations

Drive CTQ/risk trades within component design teams

Manage product configuration and configuration control systems

Lead disciplines as a second-line manager with front-line manager and controlled-title-holder direct reports

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in engineering or STEM discipline from an accredited university or equivalent work experience

At least 3 years of experience leading engineering teams as a functional manager or project manager in a technically challenging environment

Experience with nuclear engineering or related discipline,



especially in civil or electrical engineering

Solid oral and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems

Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects

Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs For Canadian-based positions, legal authorization to work in Canada For U.S.-based positions, legal authorization to work in the United States

Ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information, if applicable

Successful completion of a background investigation and, where applicable, drug screen
