Your Mission

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to play a critical role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent as we continue to scale our global organization.

As a trusted recruitment partner, you will lead full-cycle recruitment across a broad range of technical, professional, and leadership roles. You will work closely with hiring leaders to develop innovative talent acquisition strategies, build proactive talent pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance.

Your Day-to-Day Adventures

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

- Lead full-cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate assessment, offer development, negotiation, and offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of requisitions across technical, corporate, operational, and leadership functions.
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Leverage a variety of sourcing methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, industry associations, events, and direct outreach.
- Develop and execute targeted recruitment campaigns for hard-to-fill and high-priority roles.

Stakeholder Partnership

- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide market intelligence, talent landscape insights, compensation trends, and recruitment best practices.
- Facilitate interview planning, candidate evaluation, and selection discussions.
- Influence hiring decisions through data-driven recommendations and talent acquisition expertise.

- Strengthen Hydrostor's employer brand by promoting our mission, values, culture, and career opportunities.
- Build relationships within energy, renewable energy, engineering, infrastructure, and technology talent communities.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop compelling recruitment marketing content and campaigns.

Candidate Experience

- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication, transparency, and professionalism.
- Ensure candidates are engaged and informed throughout every stage of the recruitment process.
- Advocate for inclusive, equitable, and accessible hiring practices.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve the candidate journey and recruitment process.

Recruitment Analytics & Process Excellence

- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline health, and hiring outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, tools, and efficiencies.
- Partner with external search firms and recruitment vendors when required.

Experience recruiting within the energy, renewable energy, engineering, infrastructure, industrial, manufacturing, construction, or technology sectors is considered a strong asset.

What You Bring

- 5+ years of progressive talent acquisition and recruitment experience.
- Postsecondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
- CHRP designation, or progress toward a professional HR certification, is considered an asset.
- Demonstrated success managing full-cycle recruitment across technical, professional, and leadership roles.
- Strong expertise in sourcing, passive candidate generation, talent mapping, and pipeline development.
- Experience recruiting within high-growth, complex, or highly specialized environments.
- Knowledge of employer branding, recruitment marketing,



and talent attraction strategies.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment technologies.
- Strong understanding of Canadian and American employment legislation and recruitment best practices.
- Excellent interviewing, assessment, and candidate evaluation skills.
- Strong consultative and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage recruitment data and market insights to drive hiring decisions.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365.
- Experience within the energy, renewable energy, engineering, infrastructure, industrial, construction, manufacturing, or technology sectors is considered a strong asset.
- Passion for building inclusive teams and delivering equitable hiring practices.

Compensation Details

- $95,000 – 125,000 base salary
- Discretionary Bonus
