Toronto, ON - Hybrid (4 Days WFO)

Role Descriptions:

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze user requirements in collaboration with product managers, business analysts, and developers. Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing.

- Create user personas, journey maps, process flows, wireframes, and prototypes. Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

- Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

- Ensure designs comply with accessibility and usability standards. Continuously improve user experiences based on feedback, analytics, and testing results.



Maintain and contribute to design systems and UI standards.

Required Skills

- Robust understanding of User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) principles.

- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.

- Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, information architecture, and interaction design.

- Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design practices.

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) is preferred.

Qualifications

- 6+ years of UI/UX or Product Design experience.
