Levio seeks a Senior UX Researcher to drive user research for Canadian public sector projects. You will conduct usability and accessibility testing, lead research from planning through reporting, and present actionable insights to guide product development.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in UX research, robust AI/Claude Code experience, and working knowledge of Agile teams. The role includes one day per week at client offices in Ottawa and a hybrid work model.
