Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely and correct delivery
- Assist in food preparation and food handling to meet sanitation and safety standards
- Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with precision and integrity
- Supervise team members during shifts, ensuring adherence to food safety, sanitation, and service protocols
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain a clean,



organized work environment by following sanitation guidelines and restaurant policies
- Support guest services by resolving issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience

Experience

- Previous food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting is required
- Demonstrated ability in food handling, sanitation, and food safety practices
- Experience with POS systems, particularly Micros POS or similar platforms
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a restaurant environment is preferred
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and order calculations
- Knowledge of the food industry standards for serving, food preparation, and guest services
