We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a server, you will be responsible for Taking food orders, crafting a variety of beverages, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and ensuring compliance with food safety and handling regulations.

Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness, including washing glassware, cleaning counters, and disposing of waste.
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders accurately and providing recommendations when needed.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for processing transactions efficiently.
- Manage inventory levels by restocking supplies as needed and reporting shortages to management.
- Handle cash transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality while creating a welcoming environment for all guests.
Requirements
- Proven experience in food service is required.
- Ability to work independently
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Experience using POS systems.
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to help others in a quick-paced environment are essential for this role.
