Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
- Prepare and serve drinks responsibly, ensuring proper bartending techniques and food handling procedures are followed
- Manage cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
- Assist in setting up tables, refilling supplies, and ensuring a smooth flow of service during busy hours




- Collaborate with team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience from start to finish

Requirements

- Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, especially in serving or bartending roles
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms
- Strong customer service skills with a positive, energetic attitude
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy service periods
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and making change accurately
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members
- Food service experience is highly desirable; hospitality background is a plus
- Ability to stand, walk, and remain alert for extended periods throughout shifts
