Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have a strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices. As a Server, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

Responsibilities

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system, preferably Micros POS.
- Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining attention to detail.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate cash handling and basic math skills are applied.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, demonstrating knowledge of food handling practices.




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly, providing excellent guest services throughout their visit.

Experience

- Previous experience in the food service industry or restaurant setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is advantageous.
- Solid time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy shifts.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices is essential.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and hospitality.

Job Type: Part-time Pay: $18.25-$20.00 per hour
