As a Service Advisor, you'll be the primary connection between our customers and technicians, helping customers understand their vehicle's maintenance and repair needs while keeping them informed throughout the service process.

What You'll Do

- Respond to customer inquiries regarding vehicle service and repairs.
- Discuss customer concerns and service needs with automotive technicians.
- Explain recommended maintenance and repair options to customers, honestly, every time.
- Schedule service and repair appointments.
- Manage work orders and act as the liaison between customers and technicians.
- Monitor repair progress and provide customers with timely updates, the same standard for every customer.
- Explain completed work and associated charges.
- Maintain accurate records using computerized work-order systems.




- Complete other duties as assigned by management.

- Valid driver's licence is required.
