Responsibilities

- Work safely following company policies and guidelines
- Dispatch a group of technicians using HTS software and web-based programs as needed
- Dispatch work orders/trips daily, following up on missing information (i.e.) site contacts etc.
- Attach documents to trips
- Provide support to technicians for required Materials/Parts follow up, address information, alternate site contacts, contractor info, review of previous visit findings
- Technician support for purchase orders, job information etc.
- Confirm Parts info/Location/coordination as needed. Follow up on part ETA/Orders placed by field technicians.
- Reviewing and Dispatching incoming Service Requests (answering phone calls/Traxits/emails/etc.)
- Enter Time Entries for Technicians (Stat Holidays/On -Call)
- Follow up on missing technicians reports
- Maintain Dispatch Dashboard (placeholders/School/Trainings)




- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Skills:

- High level of commitment to customer service
- Minimum 1 year dispatch experience
- Robust Computer skills
- Excellent problem solving skills, interpersonal and communication skills
- Requires a self-motivated team player capable of managing multiple priorities
- Ability to work both individually and in a team environment
- Be a self-starter with a focus to contribute and succeed

Contract Role: 7-12 months

Salary: $50k
