US Tech Solutions is seeking a Service Implementation and Innovation Lead to drive the success of AirCover’s products and services. The role collaborates across teams to ideate, pilot, and scale recent solutions while acting as the voice of the customer.

You will partner with operations, lead pilots, and perform data analysis to measure impact and inform decision making. The role evolves to support all AirCover products and presents to leadership as needed.
