- Create a welcoming reception environment for service users
- Answer and redirect calls professionally and promptly
- Schedule volunteer driver assignments efficiently
- Process courier packages and manage incoming/outgoing mail
- Maintain accurate records of transportation requests and statistics Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in social services or similar field
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
