The Customer Service Sales

Specialist is a full-time, on-site position based in Burnaby, BC. In this role, the specialist responds to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing explicit product information and order support. Daily responsibilities include processing orders, tracking shipments, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate customer records in company systems.

The specialist works closely with the sales team to identify opportunities, recommend products, and support promotions that drive revenue and customer retention. The role also involves managing returns, handling complaints with professionalism, and ensuring a consistent,



positive customer experience.

Strong Customer

Service and Customer Support skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally. Focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience, ensuring interactions are courteous, helpful, and aligned with company standards.
