Lead the end-to-end project management and completion of Requests for Information (RFI), Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQ), and other proposals for the National Accounts team and investment dealer head office clients including establishing timelines, coordinating contributors, and ensuring successful completion within required deadlines. This may involve complex opportunities and could encompass the full range of asset classes, investment strategies and product vehicles. Work closely with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure high quality articulation of BMO GAM’s history, investment philosophy, capabilities, processes, investment strategies, and competitive advantages.

Build strong working relationships with many and varied internal colleagues across BMO GAM and to some extent, BMO Financial Group, including senior and executive level leadership, and potentially vendors. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of BMO GAM's investment capabilities, including mutual funds, ETFs, alternatives, separately managed accounts, group savings solutions, and other offerings. Stay informed on investment markets, industry trends, product developments, regulatory changes, and competitor positioning.

Contribute to managing content in the response content database; ensuring content is of the highest quality and up to date. Support the ongoing development and utilization of proposal management systems, knowledge databases, automation tools, and AI-enabled solutions. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Complete fluency in both written and spoken English required (French an advantage). Demonstrated success working in the asset management industry or similar role entailing regular response to client inquiries and/or due diligence/proposal requests. An undergraduate degree is required preferably with a finance, investment, or communications focus.





Completion of industry courses or designations such as the Canadian Securities Course, CFA, CIM are preferred. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked.
