Bowmanville's BEST cannabis retailer is looking to build a team of energetic, personable, and knowledgeable Budtenders! As a Budtender on our team, you will provide a superior customer experience by offering exceptional service and your in-depth knowledge of our quality cannabis products. You will be responsible for continuous product knowledge, assessing customer needs, receiving and stocking inventory, as well as maintaining a clean, welcoming, safe and inclusive environment.

With plans to develop multiple locations, there are many opportunities and potential to grow within the company. Ideal canadite can work at our Budget Bud location in Oshawa as well.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

- Welcome and assist customers with the selection of products by offering product knowledge and recommendations
- Professionally and courteously respond to customer inquiries and feedback
- Check and verify the ID of all individuals entering the store to ensure they are 19 years or older
- Contribute to the successful achievement of company sales goals
- Maintain your product knowledge and stay current with industry trends by committing to cannabis product research and testing
- Perform opening and closing procedures efficiently and in accordance with hours of operation
- Use the POS to accurately process orders and payments while adhering to all cash and loss prevention procedures
- Participate in maintaining and ensuring the store is cleaned and organized on an ongoing basis
- Assist with inventory management including ordering, receiving, auditing,



and stocking all products as required
- Comply and adhere to AGCO policies and regulations as well as company policies and procedures
- Ensure the confidentiality of customer and company information

-Can potentially work between Budget Bud(Oshawa) and Shinybud(Bowmanville)

Qualifications:

- A passion for cannabis!
- A desire to learn about cannabis and share your knowledge with others
- A strong sense of personal integrity

- Team player
- Previous retail or customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal skills

- Detail orientated
- 19 years or older
