We are seeking a professional and personable Showing Agent to join our real estate team. This role involves guiding prospective buyers through property viewings, providing detailed information about listings, and ensuring a positive experience for clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the local property market, and the ability to engage with diverse clients effectively.

Duties

- Conduct property showings for prospective buyers and renters in a professional and engaging manner
- Provide detailed information about properties, including features, benefits, and neighborhood insights
- Assist clients in identifying their needs and preferences to recommend suitable listings




- Coordinate schedules with clients and other team members to ensure smooth viewing appointments
- Answer client questions regarding properties, market conditions, and purchasing processes
- Maintain organized records of showings, client feedback, and follow-up actions
- Collaborate with admin team on negotiations and offer strategies to facilitate successful transactions
- Ensure properties are presented in the best possible condition during showings

Experience

- RECO licensed
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with multilingual abilities considered a plus
- Proven organizational skills to manage multiple appointments and client interactions efficiently
- Administrative experience is beneficial for maintaining accurate records and documentation
- A qualified demeanor combined with exceptional customer service skills is essential for building trust and rapport with clients

Pay: $45.00 per hour Work Location: On the road
