Sign Shop Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Job Type: Full-Time

Industry: Signage (Sign Dept.) Wage: $26-$30/hr based on experience We have an immediate opening for an organized, customer-focused Service Representative to join our growing signage team. This role is the link between our sign division customers and the production department.

Responsibilities

- Your primary role will be to facilitate orders into the production workflow
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries
- Interpret customer needs and job scope
- Recommend appropriate materials and production options as required
- Prepare quotes and communicate pricing as required
- Coordinate jobs with graphics, prepress, printing and finishing
- Coordinate proofs, revisions and customer approvals
- Submit electronic work orders to production team
- Keep track of active in-house and buyout jobs
- Assist with coordinating signage and graphic installations
- Resolve customer questions or production issues as they arise

Qualifications





- Experience in wide-format printing, signage or the graphics industry is strongly preferred
- Print/sign estimating or customer service experience is an asset
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production workplace
- Good understanding of graphic file types, and production terminology
- Team player
