We are seeking a passionate and skilled Bread Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for working with sourdough and always prioritizing quality and consistency.

Duties

- Mix various bread doughs

- Shape, proof, score and bake breads daily.

- Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards.

- Pack and organize bread orders daily for delivery and pick ups

- Collaborate with team members to ensure quality and timeliness of all products

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of baking sourdough breads

- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced kitchen environment while maintaining high-quality standards.

- Flexibility to work early morning shifts starting at 4-5am

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
