- Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans
- Liaise with healthcare professionals on client care issues

- Facilitate access to community services and rehabilitative programs
- Maintain accurate client records and statistics Requirements:
- Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
- Current full registration with the BC College of Social Workers
- Minimum two years' experience in mental health settings
- Valid Class 5 BC Drivers License required
