Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Representatives, helping them achieve both individual and team goals Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor, providing real-time coaching, support, and leadership Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement Drive current vehicle sales performance while ensuring an exceptional customer experience at every stage of the buying journey Partner closely with the General Manager, Finance team, and dealership leadership to achieve business objectives Monitor sales activities, performance metrics, and market opportunities to maximize results Support inventory management, merchandising strategies,
