YOUR IMPACT

OpenText is seeking a naturally curious and analytical professional to join the Cash Flow Planning & Analysis team in Richmond Hill. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, working with data, and uncovering insights that drive better business decisions. In this role, you'll work with large and complex datasets across multiple business systems to explain financial performance, improve forecasting accuracy, and identify opportunities to enhance business results. - Data analysis and forecasting of receipts, disbursements, and other cash flow activity to identify trends, explain variances,



and deliver meaningful business insights.
- Support quarterly financial results by investigating outcomes, validating data, and providing analysis to Finance leadership.
- Lead investigations into unexpected results, operational issues, and data anomalies, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting, analytics, processes, and data quality through automation, coding, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives that require strong analytical thinking and sound business judgment.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, data analysis, consulting, operations, corporate finance, accounting, or a related analytical discipline.
- Proven ability to analyze complex datasets, identify patterns, investigate issues, and develop data-driven recommendations.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and at least one data analytics, programming, or business intelligence technology such as Power BI, SQL, Python, Alteryx, Tableau, or Power Query is strongly preferred.
- The successful candidate should be comfortable using technology to integrate data, automate recurring analysis, validate results, and improve forecasting and decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in an environment where problems are not always clearly defined.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
