Job Title: Senior Technical Business Analyst

ONSITE- 5 days

Must haves:

- 4+ years of progressive experience in Business Analysis, Change Management, Project Delivery, Process Improvement, or related areas
- IIBA Certified Business Analyst or equivalent
- ACMP, Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, CMI, APMG Change Management Practitioner , or equivalent Change Management certification
- Solid experience with: Business requirements gathering and analysis, Process mapping / process re-engineering, Stakeholder engagement, Change impact assessments, Communications and training, UAT and business readiness, Workshop facilitation, Senior stakeholder presentations

Nice to Have





- Prosci ADKAR, ACMP, Kotter, or similar OCM methodology
- Value Stream Mapping
- Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery
- Business application implementation/support
- Business intelligence, reporting, and performance measurement
- Experience working in public sector or regulated environments
