LayerZero is seeking a Senior Manager of Site Reliability Engineering to lead a team responsible for the reliability, performance, and scalability of blockchain node infrastructure and platform services. You will balance people leadership with hands-on technical judgment to guide architecture decisions and resolve critical incidents.

The role requires 6+ years in SRE/DevOps, 2+ years leading a technical team, and deep experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and distributed systems.
