Vantage is hiring a Staff Engineer to set technical strategy across teams and deliver it through direct implementation or broad leadership. You will drive the technical roadmap, influence leadership, and manage cross-team dependencies to avoid delays.

You will stay hands-on, leading several initiatives spanning frontend through data, defining SLAs and observability standards, and balancing debt with shipping goals. Mentorship and architectural review elevate the engineering team.
