Job Summary: As a SAP Functional Project Analyst, you will partner with global business and IT teams to drive SAP solution design, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives, supporting Lenovo's global digital transformation and operational excellence programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, and collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable SAP solutions aligned with business objectives and global standards.




- Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, including requirement analysis, solution design, system configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
- Support North America and global SAP deployments, coordinating cross-regional business and IT teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Manage project activities throughout the project lifecycle, proactively tracking schedules, risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure on-time delivery.
- Collaborate closely with Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, and other business functions to drive process harmonization and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
- Support SAP production operations by troubleshooting issues and driving continuous system and process optimization.
- Contribute to Global Template design and rollout initiatives, promoting SAP best practices across regions.
- Maintain project documentation, business process documentation, and knowledge repositories to support organizational learning and continuous improvement.

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Finance,



or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP implementation or application support, with at least 3 years of project management or project coordination experience.

Preferred Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA with hands-on experience in FICO; exposure to MM, SD, PP, or other integrated modules is highly preferred.
- Experience in SAP projects within large manufacturing enterprises; participation in global template design, global rollouts, or cross-regional implementations is a solid plus.
- Solid understanding of project management practices with the ability to manage schedules, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications effectively.
- Strong business requirement analysis, process design, and solution delivery capabilities.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across global teams and time zones.
- Strong English communication skills, capable of independently supporting discussions, workshops, and project delivery activities with North America and global stakeholders.
- Familiarity with SAP Activate, Agile, or hybrid project delivery methodologies is preferred.
- Self-motivated, analytical, and results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
