Faire is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to own the architecture of coding agents and the developer tooling that powers the Code Authoring setting. You will shape the end-to-end workflow from ticket to merged change, and run these systems as production infrastructure with clear ownership and uptime targets.

You will mentor engineers, optimize performance and cost, and collaborate across teams to evolve the tooling roadmap.
