Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
- Conduct comprehensive candidate sourcing through various channels including HRIS systems, ATS platforms like Lever, iCIMS, Workday, and Salesforce
- Lead candidate interviewing processes, assessing skills, experience, and cultural fit to ensure optimal placements
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation, utilizing ATS tools such as UltiPro, PeopleSoft, ADP, Kronos, and Workday
- Engage in cold calling and lead generation activities to identify potential candidates and expand talent pools




- Coordinate with HR teams on employee relations issues and assist in training & development initiatives for new hires
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, candidate status updates, and compliance documentation within HRIS systems

Experience

- Proven experience in talent acquisition or human resources sourcing within a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Strong knowledge of recruiting tools including ATS (iCIMS, Lever), HRIS (Workday, SAP), and payroll systems (ADP, Kronos)
- Demonstrated ability in negotiation and communication skills to effectively manage client expectations and candidate offers
- Experience conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications across various roles and industries
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Salesforce or PeopleSoft is highly desirable
- Ability to research market trends and candidate pools to support strategic hiring initiatives
- Prior exposure to training & development programs or employee relations activities is a plus
