Dollarama in Canada is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily retail operations, drive customer satisfaction, and help meet sales goals. This role acts as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager is absent.

You will assist with staffing, merchandising, training, and performing opening/closing duties, while upholding safety and policy standards. This position requires strong leadership and the ability to multitask in a quick-paced environment.
