Dollarama in Stephenville, NL is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily retail operations, drive customer satisfaction, and achieve sales goals. Serves as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager.

You will lead staff, assist with merchandising, training, scheduling, cash handling, and maintain safety standards while building a team-oriented, rapid-paced store environment.
