Dollarama is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily retail operations, drive customer satisfaction, and meet sales goals. You will act as Manager on Duty in the Store Manager’s absence and lead a team to deliver outstanding service.

You will manage merchandising, staffing, coaching, and performance, while ensuring adherence to policies and safety standards in a fast‑paced setting. This full‑time role offers growth within a diverse retail setting.
