Dollarama in Montreal seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations and staff leadership while driving customer satisfaction and sales goals. You will act as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager is absent and help with merchandising, training, and operations.

The role requires supervisory experience, solid communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; open availability is expected including weekends and evenings.
