RECRUITMENT PARTNERS INC. in Calgary seeks an experienced Risk Manager to lead the enterprise risk management program aligned with OSFI requirements.

You will oversee enterprise, operational, third-party, fraud, insurance, and business continuity risk initiatives. Reporting to the Chief Risk Officer, you will develop risk policies, conduct risk assessments, maintain risk registers and KRIs, and produce reports for leadership and regulators.
