Charton Hobbs Group in Montreal seeks a Director, Finance (Control & Performance) to lead financial governance, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and internal controls.

Reporting to the CFO, you will partner with teams to improve performance, analyze margins, and drive continuous improvements while building a high-performing finance team.

The role requires CPA designation, bilingual in French and English, and robust Excel and Business Central experience.
