NexHealth is seeking a Strategic Finance Associate to own FP&A;, evaluate strategic opportunities, and tell NexHealth’s financial story to executives. You’ll partner with Sales, Operations, and the leadership team to inform capital allocation and growth decisions.

You’ll lead budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning, build executive dashboards, and drive monthly closes in a high‑visibility role that translates operational drivers into financial outcomes as NexHealth scales.
