Ditech Testing, now part of the McWane family, is seeking a proactive Human Resources Manager to shape our people strategy and culture during a 6‑month contract. This hands‑on, strategic role partners with leadership to build scalable HR systems across Canada and cross‑border operations.

You will lead talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and compliance while championing safety, engagement, and growth in a quick‑paced manufacturing environment.
