AtkinsRéalis in Canada is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to provide advisory services to a dedicated client group of managers and employees, including skilled and technical staff across business units.

You will act as a strategic partner by integrating the corporate HR strategy, coaching managers, and guiding change initiatives while delivering value through continuous improvement, workforce planning, and talent development. Bilingual French and English required.
