Become a vital part of the Health Products team at Canada Life as a Strategic Initiatives Manager. In this permanent, full time role, you will report directly to the Director of Health Product Strategy.

You will utilize your strategic, analytical, and communication skills to identify market opportunities. Manage stakeholder relationships and lead project execution while ensuring alignment with the company's vision and values. Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and evaluate new market and product opportunities
- Develop high-potential business cases to showcase value
- Partner with leadership to define strategic priorities




- Build structured project plans with clear deliverables
- Lead multiple strategic initiatives from concept to completion Requirements:
- Experience in management consulting or strategy, preferably in financial services
- Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
