Leadership in transforming plans into accountable actions and frameworks. As a Strategic Project Management Specialist, you will collaborate closely with leadership to development and communicate key strategic initiatives. This role emphasizes performance metrics creation, project portfolio management, and the refinement and execution of the three-year implementation plan to drive organizational goals.
You will lead assessments, identify project interdependencies, and manage risks while also improving project execution capabilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and communicate the organization’s Strategic Plan
- Conduct environmental scans for leadership decision-making
- Establish project portfolio management systems for initiatives
- Build tools for measuring and monitoring project progress
- Facilitate integration into ongoing operations for sustainability
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in health administration or management
- Five years’ experience in healthcare or nonprofit sectors
- Project Management Qualified (PMP) certification preferred
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to assess organizational capacity and risks
