SHARE Family & Community Services is seeking a Revenue Development Manager to guide fundraising strategy and drive long-term financial sustainability across the Tri-Cities. You will oversee donor cultivation, grants, sponsorships, and campaigns while supervising a dedicated team.

Reporting to the Director of Development & Community Relations, you will build donor portfolios, collaborate with program leaders, and ensure effective stewardship and event execution, including the IMAGINE gala.
