Fairmont Château Laurier in Ottawa is seeking a Talent Acquisition/People & Culture Advisor to join our People & Culture team. You will report to the Director, People & Culture and support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration in a rapid-paced environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating full cycle recruitment, maintaining job postings, supporting reference checks and background checks, and assisting with on-boarding and employee events.
