- Conduct analysis on business requests focused on processes, systems, and technical requirements
- Support process documentation and create process maps using MS Visio, Miro, and Confluence
- Identify, document, and analyze business requirements for process improvement and technical solutions
- Facilitate meetings, monitor team metrics, and track work items in Jira and Confluence
- Participate in meetings with business partners, vendors, leaders, and team members
- Support lean and agile team members with data-driven analysis and practical recommendations
- Build and maintain relationships with IT team members and business partners
- Provide additional support during lean and agile projects as requested by Senior Consultants or Directors
