Company Description: Spectrum Way Behaviour Consulting Inc. provides Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA)-based services to clients in Toronto and the GTA, INCLUDING Durham Region, York Region, Simcoe County, Peel, Halton and surrounding areas. The organization supports children and youth between the ages of 3 -16. Services are designed to support individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit / Hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and other neurodiverse profiles.

Role Description: The Supervised Instructor Therapist position is a Part-Time role based in Southern Ontario (TORONTO, GTHA, SIMCOE, DURHAM, PEEL, HALTON). This role involves staff members travelling to clients' homes and community-based settings to deliver ABA therapy.

This role involves implementing ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA). Day-to-day responsibilities include running structured teaching sessions, collecting accurate data on client progress, and implementing behaviour support plans.

The Supervised Instructor

Therapist collaborates with clinical supervisors, interdisciplinary professionals, and families, participates in team meetings,



and contributes to the development of program materials. The role also includes maintaining a safe, organized learning environment and adhering to ethical and professional standards in all client interactions.

Qualifications

Required:

- A diploma or degree in a related field, such as Child and Youth Care, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Social Work, or Developmental Services Worker.
- Knowledge of childhood neurodevelopmental disorders and diagnosis, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and other developmental disabilities.
- Experience providing support to neurodiverse children and youth.
- A foundational understanding of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) principles and interventions.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Available at least 3 days from 3 pm to 6 pm
- Must be able to provide a recent and transparent Vulnerable Sector Check from the last 6 months
- Must have a valid Ontario driver's license with access to a reliable vehicle that has current automobile insurance.
- Current certification in First Aid/CPR. Willingness to obtain certification is required
