Concord Security has a great opportunity for a Control Supervisor to join our high profile team at one of the biggest and busiest shopping centres! This position requires robust communication skills, strong conflict resolution skills, and impeccable leadership management skills, along with the ability to multi-task and remain organized in a busy environment!

Shift Times: 0700-1500/1500 - 2300 Provide great customer service in a challenging and dynamic environment Monitor CCTV systems, alarm systems and emergency response to ensure safety and access in accordance with the site policies and procedures De-escalate crisis situations, provide support to the control officers on-duty and liaise with emergency personnel, including; police, fire and paramedic resources Complete shift logs and ensure that pass-ons are effectively communicated between on-coming and off-going staff Utilize two-way radios and computer applications to communicate site activities to the officers, mechanical, and janitorial teams.



Minimum of three years of work experience in the security industry Minimum of one year of experience in a dispatch/control officer role is required Prior experience working in customer service is an asset Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent customer service, active listening, and observational skills Ability to make immediate decisions while maintaining composure in emergency response situations Must be able to use programs like Avigilon, Genetec and Microsoft Do you have exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for helping others?
