SEASONAL - FULL TIME WAGE - $21.69 4 to 5 Shifts per week WHAT WILL I BE DOING? The purpose of this role is to provide lead daily operations to assist employees in working efficiently to uphold service standards, while creating exceptional guest experiences.

- Supports the execution of transparent service and performance expectations for the business unit.
- Adheres to Brand Standards; following station layouts, drink recipes, service standards, menu knowledge, training of employees.
- Maintains a positive working relationship with departments across the resort.
- Supports team members completion of daily tasks and performs such work as needed.
- Orders inventory required, adhering to the par levels provided by the Manager/Assistant Manager.




- Ensures tactical processes and standards are followed to support the achievement of the Strategic Plan.
- Ensures that daily expenses and labour schedules meet daily budget allocations.
