Systems Administrator -- CyberArk

We’re looking for an experienced Systems Administrator with strong CyberArk expertise to support infrastructure, security tools, incident management, and technical projects.

Contract: 4 months | Extension/Conversion possible

Location: Mississauga, ON | Hybrid – 3 days onsite

Start: ASAP

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure and application incidents.
- Support CyberArk-related projects and initiatives.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend preventative solutions.
- Work closely with engineering, server, database, and network teams.
- Document production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Support infrastructure applications and maintain system availability.
- Participate in technical projects of moderate to high complexity.

Must-Haves
- 5–7+ years of Systems Administration experience
- Strong hands-on CyberArk experience
- Strong general IT and infrastructure knowledge
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

The ideal candidate is a mid-to-senior Systems Administrator with 5–7+ years of hands-on infrastructure experience, including solid CyberArk expertise. They should have a solid background in incident troubleshooting, systems support, security tools, and infrastructure operations, with the ability to work closely with engineering, server, database, and network teams.
