The Specialist, Talent Acquisition is responsible for strategic sourcing and selection initiatives to attract qualified talent aligned with company goals. This role partners with stakeholders across geographies and business units to deliver scalable recruitment solutions and ensure compliance with company standards. Plan and execute recruitment strategies to maintain a pipeline of qualified qualified, technical, and management candidates.

Partner with stakeholders across locations and functions to create cohesive, repeatable talent acquisition processes. Support the design and administration of evaluation processes to ensure understanding of behaviors, policies, and practices. Research and manage proactive and passive recruiting resources including online platforms, campus offices, trade associations, and search firms.

Represent the company at recruiting events, through social media, and during candidate interactions throughout the selection process. Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers by assessing staffing needs, providing feedback, and educating on hiring tools and techniques. Assist the Manager, Talent Management with special projects, start-ups, surveys, and site visits.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred. High school diploma or GED with 8+ years of relevant experience accepted in lieu of degree. Minimum 6 years of professional experience in a Talent Acquisition role preferred.

Familiarity with web-based applicant tracking systems; Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Requirements, Perks, and Benefits (CA -- Salaried & CA -- Hourly)
