Our client is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their Calgary team and play a key role in supporting recruitment initiatives across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruitment professional who enjoys partnering closely with hiring managers, managing multiple requisitions, proactively sourcing talent, and delivering a high-quality candidate experience. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted talent advisor and recruitment partner, supporting the full recruitment lifecycle from intake and sourcing through to offer, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding.

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned positions, from requisition intake through offer and onboarding. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies based on the position, labour market conditions, and hiring timelines. Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, employee referrals, networking, and other talent acquisition channels.

Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions. Leverage a variety of sourcing tools and channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, and internal talent databases. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and requisition information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Ensure candidates are appropriately screened,



advanced, and dispositioned throughout the recruitment process. Provide a positive and qualified candidate experience throughout all stages of recruitment. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure recruitment activities align with organizational priorities and hiring objectives. 2–5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment, or a related Human Resources role. ~ Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes. ~ Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). ~ Experience recruiting within transportation, logistics, infrastructure, industrial, or construction environments is an asset. ~ Agency recruitment experience is considered an asset. ~ Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills. ~ A proactive, consultative, and solutions-oriented approach to recruitment.
