Lead learning initiatives across manufacturing and distribution, collaborating closely with leaders for impactful results. In this hybrid role, you will own the learning and talent development portfolio, working closely with business leaders and the People & Culture team. Own and set priorities for the talent development portfolio

- 6+ years in Learning & Development or Talent Development
- Proven ability as a strategic business partner
- Degree in education, HR, or related fields Lead talent development and foster growth through creative learning solutions at Arc’One.
